Upon arrival, our friendly staff greets your family with warm smiles and guides you through our simple check-in process. We provide safety wristbands for children, park maps highlighting age-appropriate activities, and answer any questions you may have about facilities, schedules, or special accommodations to ensure your visit starts perfectly.
Safety Briefing & Tour
Every family receives a brief orientation covering our safety protocols, emergency procedures, and park guidelines. Our team members provide a quick tour of key areas including restrooms, first aid stations, dining areas, and activity zones while highlighting the most popular attractions based on your children's ages and interests.
Supervised Play & Learning
Children engage in supervised activities with our trained staff who facilitate games, educational programs, and creative workshops. We maintain optimal child-to-supervisor ratios and continuously monitor all activities to ensure safety while encouraging exploration, learning, and social interaction with other children.
Memorable Farewell
As your visit concludes, we help children collect any craft projects or artwork they've created during their stay. Our staff takes family photos at our designated photo spots, provides information about upcoming events or programs, and ensures you have everything needed to plan your next magical visit to FunLand.
